Nnamdi Omorodion, the former Nigeria international footballer, is reportedly set to join Portuguese club FC Porto on loan.
According to reports, the 27-year-old Nigerian international has been linked with a move to the Portuguese giants for the rest of the season.
Omorodion was last at Porto in January 2018, where he made two appearances for the club before being released.
The winger has had a successful career so far, scoring 26 goals and creating 25 assists in 94 appearances for various clubs including Fulham, West Ham United,Serie A Stadium and Crystal Palace.
His move to Porto would be a significant step forward for him as he looks to regain his form and secure a place in the national team squad.
However, it remains to be seen whether this move will happen or not. The player's agent, Emmanuel Emenike, has yet to comment on the situation.
Regardless, it seems that Omorodion's return to Portugal could be a positive development for both himself and the club. He is a talented player who can add much-needed depth to their attack. If the deal goes through, it will be exciting to see how he performs under new manager Paulo Bento.
